All of our clients receive a list of "Raising Equipment" needed for their particular design and location. One of the items on the list is a telehandler. The telehandler is a combination fork-lift and crane. We use it, in conjunction with the crane, to successfully and safely raise the frame into position and peg it all together. It is also used to unload the truck. This sounds simple enough, however, most of the locations of these homes do not have a huge flat parking lot in which to park a semi-truck and unload it. The telehandler helps us unload on rough terrain, steep slopes, and then move material into staging areas around the jobsite.
