The Titanic  (3293 sq ft)

I received a phone call about a week before this frame was set to ship to Montana. The homeowner was slightly panicked while He opened the phone call with these words, "You are not going to believe this!"  (In my experience, never a good way to open a conversation)  His foundation, without any weight like a timberframe sitting on it, was sinking into the ground. After many phone calls, many months, many engineers...we built him a new frame which sits on a new foundation (which is not sinking), but forevermore that project is remembered as The Titanic.
