Line of Credit  (4400 sq ft)

We are a precut - prefit shop. This means we build the frame here, so we don't have to build it on site. We raise (assemble, install, etc) on your foundation, but all of the cutting a figuring stuff out we do in the shop. Most of the time, we raise with out a hitch. Everything fits, everything is the right length, everything goes together just like we drew it up. But sometimes...life happens. This design had four major valley rafters that connected two different pitch roof lines. We got the angles reversed in the shop and all 4 pieces were fire wood. OUCH...the homeowner and I starting working the phone and we found a small mill over in Illinois (we were in Missouri) that could fill my order. Three hours later, my truck was loaded with new timber and I pulled out my credit card. The homeowner looked over my shoulder at my card, patted me on the shoulder and said, "You don't know how much that warms my heart to see you holding a Mastercard."  You see, my client was the vise-president of Mastercard, and he was proud of my Line of Credit.
