We began our timber frame journey approximately 10 years before we actually built our home.  We studied, researched, and in the end chose Clydesdale to build our frame.  We never looked back!

The planning phase included two visits to Hutchinson, KS to meet John Van Bruggen and visit with Chris Yust about our plans.  We toured other homes that Clydesdale Frames had designed and built, and we immediately knew we were in good hands.  Although our plans and design ideas changed during the process, Clydesdale was always happy to work with us, and we ended up with an affordable house plan that we were happy to call home.
