This is a very typical design for full timber frames. There is a main center section that is the tallest part of the house. To either side are wings that are set a few feet lower but contain dormers to regain valuable headroom in the loft. At a footprint of around 2150 square feet, this home contains an extra 1200 square feet in the loft. The full basement contains some additional timber accents that continue the character of a timber frame into the basement.
